Miomundo Apartment in the center of Uzès B&B rent

Miomundo is a self-catering apartment and one of three rental properties within the grounds of the original period house. Located in close to the centre of the peaceful market town of Uzès, Languedoc-Rousillon, Miomundo is suitable for 2 or 3 persons seeking a quite base from which to explore the region or simply relax.

* A fourth person can be accommodated on a sofa bed for an extra charge. Please ask for a quote.

Exclusive facilities
The spacious rooms are spread over 3 levels. The living room, bathroom and kitchen are located on the ground floor. The well equipped kitchen includes a cooker, fridge freezer,  microwave, and washing machine, making the apartment suitable for long-stay and self-catering guests . The living room includes a games area and a TV and DVD, stereo– and and WiFi.  A double room and single room are each located on a separate mezzanine level. A sofa-bed is provided allows for a fourth guest. Miomundo guests also have exclusive access to a small private garden of 30 M2, and BBQ facilities. 

Facilities
You will have the exclusive use of a 30 M2 garden in front of the apartment, with recreational and relaxation space, outdoor table and chairs. Possibility for table tennis, seating, and eating areas.

In the immediate vicinity of the property are a variety of restaurants, a 3-screens cinema, the tourist information centre, and Uzes market (Wednesday and Saturday). Despite its proximity to the town centre, the property benefits from peaceful surroundings.

Possibility (subject to availability). Closed parking / secure for small or medium car in the yard (10 € / day) with access to 24/24 included a beep remote controlled gates.

Free on-street parking is available in the streets surrounding the property, and there is ample storage space for bicycles.

An inside small car park is possible for 10 € per day; our courtship is small as inside the city.

No pets, the garden is too small and the decor too fragile. The room is non-smoking. Visits by third parties are subject to our agreement. The reservation will be confirmed by the payment of a deposit equivalent to 30% of the amount due (stay + options) within 7 days after your request (if not the reservation will be canceled) and the return of leases signed (you receive by mail upon your request and that you return to us signed by the same means.) we will send you by back by mail the contract signed with the receipt of payment of the deposit. The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the arrival date by bank transfer to our bank account
