The room is located in a tree-lined garden, away from any city noise, 120 m from the Proven\u00e7al market (Wednesdays and Saturdays), in the heart of Uz\u00e8s. Facing east, with a view of the gardens and shaded by the cherry tree in summer. PLEASE NOTE: This accommodation does not have a kitchen. There are steps to access the shower, which may not be suitable for the elderly or those with limited mobility.<\/p>\n
A very bright 15 m\u00b2 room on the first floor, with ethnic furniture and decor, part of a large renovated building. The two beds are 90 x 190 cm. Bathroom\/toilet and shower are on the ground floor. Large 30 m\u00b2 games and recreation room (open to the garden and private 30 m\u00b2 terrace), with books, comics, card games, board games, carrom games, and Wi-Fi (for laptops or smartphones).<\/p>\n
Regardless of the room or option chosen (Teak, Ikat, or both rooms), you will always have the ground floor room, the garden, and the bathroom for your exclusive and private use.<\/p>\n
You can benefit from a discount on the other room (double bed, “Teak” reference).<\/p>\n
You will be awakened by the song of the birds that come to nest in the spring and the sound of the waterfall and the jets of the natural pond in our garden. Your private garden area of \u200b\u200b30 m\u00b2, with a stone table, benches, and cushions. A coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, refrigerator, and microwave are available.<\/p>\n
Breakfast is included, but you must prepare it yourself. You have everything you need (coffee, tea, granola, juice, etc.) at your disposal, and the best bakery in Uz\u00e8s is 100 meters away.<\/p>\n
You will reach your room by crossing our large Balinese Zen garden, which you can admire from the first-floor window. No traffic noise or city noise, despite its close proximity; the street and garden are among the quietest in Uz\u00e8s. Housekeeping, sheets, and towels are included. We, our neighbors, are here to meet all your needs and provide information on the region’s many activities and tourist attractions. No pets; the garden is too small and the decor too delicate. The entire space is non-smoking, except for the garden. We attach great importance to maintaining a peaceful atmosphere and thank our tenants in advance for doing the same whenever possible.<\/p>\n

No pets allowed; the garden is too small and the decor too fragile. The room is non-smoking. Visits by third parties are subject to our approval. The reservation will be confirmed by payment of a deposit equal to 30% of the amount due (stay + options) no later than 7 days after your request (otherwise the reservation will be considered void) and the return of the signed rental contracts (which you will receive by email upon your request and which you will return to us signed by the same means). We will return the signed contract to you by email along with the receipt for the deposit payment. The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the start of your stay by bank transfer to our bank account.<\/p>\n
