The Teak Room is one of two guest rooms which occupy the upper floor of the recently restored guesthouse, located in the gardens of Miomundo, the original period house. The room gets its name from the Indonesian teak furniture, complemented by Indonesian textiles. Teak Room guests have the use of a ground floor bathroom, with shower and toilet.

Whichever room or option you choose (Teak, Ikat or both rooms) you will always have the ground floor room, the garden and the bathroom for exclusive and private use.

A room of 15 M2, very bright on the first floor, with furniture and ethnic decoration, part of a large renovated building. Bathroom / WC and shower on the ground floor. Large playroom of 30 M2 (single storey garden and private terrace 30M2), with books, comics, card games, board games, foosball, carrom games, WiFi (for laptop or smart phones).

The Teak Room is suitable for couples seeking rest and relaxation, and a base from which to explore the surrounding Languedoc-Rousillon area.

In the immediate vicinity of the property are a variety of restaurants, a 3-screen cinema, the tourist information centre, and Uzès market (Wednesday and Saturday). Despite its proximity to the town centre, the property benefits from peaceful surroundings.

Possibility (subject to availability). Closed parking / secure for small or medium car in the yard (10 € / day) with access to 24/24 included a beep remote controlled gates.

Free on-street parking is available in the streets surrounding the property, and there is ample storage space for bicycles.

The Ikat Room is one of two garden guesthouse rooms with a central yet quite location in the market town of Uzès, Languedoc-Roussillon. It is suitable for single or twin occupancy, and can be booked in combination with the Ikat room to accommodate parties of four.

Breakfast is included but you have to do it yourself. Everything you need is available to you to prepare it at home, and the best bakery in town is 100 m away.

By plane: The property is a 45 minute drive from Nimes airport. Transfers can be arranged from 50€ for airport pickup
By rail : there is a bus service which operates from Nimes station to Uzes (approx. 1.50€)
