Miomundo is a self-catering apartment and one of three rental properties within the grounds of the original period house. Located in close to the centre of the peaceful market town of Uzès, Languedoc-Rousillon, Miomundo is suitable for 2 or 3 persons seeking a quite base from which to explore the region or simply relax.
Studio / loft for 2 or 3 people, on one level at the end of a tree-lined garden, away from any city noise, 120 meters from the Provençal market (Wednesdays and Saturdays), in the heart of Uzès.
Facing east, overlooking gardens and shaded in summer. A single, large space with a total surface area of 52 m², on the ground floor and two mezzanine levels. Bathroom/toilet (macerator) and shower. Fully equipped and decorated (appliances, TNT TV, DVD, washing machine, Wi-Fi for laptops and smartphones).
It features a small, private 30 m² garden with a table and chairs. You’ll be in the shade of the cherry tree and awakened by the sound of birdsong that come to nest in spring, as well as the sound of the waterfall and the natural pond in our Zen garden.
A double bed (140×190) and a single bed (110×190) are located on each of the mezzanines (in the same space), and a sofa bed is located on the ground floor.
You’ll access your studio by crossing our large Balinese Zen garden, which you can admire from the first-floor window. Despite its proximity, there’s no traffic noise or city noise; the street and garden are among the quietest in Uzès.

We are on-site, neighbors, to meet all your needs and provide you with information on the region’s many activities and tourist attractions. No pets are allowed; the garden is too small and the decor too delicate. The apartment is non-smoking. Visits by third parties are subject to our agreement.
We attach great importance to respecting this peaceful atmosphere and thank our tenants in advance for doing the same whenever possible.
The reservation will be confirmed by the payment of a deposit equal to 30% of the amount due (stay + options) no later than 7 days after your request (otherwise the reservation is considered void) and the return of the signed rental contracts (which you will receive by email upon your request). and which you will return to us signed by the same means). We will return the signed contract to you by email along with the deposit payment receipt. The balance must be paid no later than 30 days before the start of your stay by bank transfer to our bank account.

€200 deposit paid by check or cash upon arrival, returned upon departure if the inventory of fixtures matches the one established when the keys were handed over.
A travel cot can be added (free of charge) if needed, in addition to the maximum occupancy of 3 people.
